Dr. Kulbhushan S. Dagar is a distinguished Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon with over 21 years of experience in cardiac surgery, including more than 15 years exclusively dedicated to the treatment of congenital heart defects in infants and children.

An accomplished and compassionate surgeon, Dr. Dagar has successfully performed surgeries across the entire spectrum of congenital cardiac anomalies, including some of the most complex and high-risk cases in newborns and children. His vast experience is complemented by the use of advanced surgical techniques and cutting-edge technologies, allowing him to provide world-class care to patients from India and abroad.

Dr. Dagar received his formal cardiac surgical training at GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi, and later honed his expertise as a Specialist Registrar at the Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children, London (UK)—a globally renowned center for pediatric cardiac care. There, he gained valuable experience in Extra Corporeal Life Support (ECLS) and Heart Transplantation techniques.
