Introduction

Dr. Sharad Joshi is a highly experienced Pulmonologist, practicing in the NCR region for the past 19 years. He holds extensive expertise in bronchoscopies, medical thoracoscopies, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)-guided procedures, and interventional pulmonology.

Dr. Joshi specializes in the management of asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease (ILD), pneumonia, and respiratory failure, along with handling critically ill patients. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he and his team successfully managed numerous high-risk cases with exceptional outcomes. He has also developed notable expertise in treating post-COVID complications, particularly pulmonary fibrosis and chronic respiratory failure.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Joshi has played an active academic role as a DNB course coordinator, mentor, and co-guide for several research projects in Pulmonology and Emergency Medicine, guiding many students to successful completion of their postgraduate training.
