Introduction

Dr. Sushant Srivastava is a nationally renowned Cardio-Vascular surgeon with expertise in Beating Heart Bypass Surgery, Valve Repairs/Replacements, Aortic Aneurysm Surgeries, Endovascular Repairs, and Complex Vascular Procedures.

Performed over 10,000 successful surgeries, including bypass surgery on a 96-year-old patient, the oldest reported case in India. Trained at AIIMS, New Delhi, completing M.Ch in CTVS in 1994, and was Assistant Professor until 1998. Played a pivotal role in India’s first 10 heart transplants and managed the Heart Transplant Program at AIIMS.

Surgical Achievements: First stitch-less valve implantation in India. Performed the first “awake” CABG surgery north of Delhi. Expertise in Aortic Aneurysm Surgery, Congenital Heart Defect Surgery, and Hybrid Procedures.
