Dr. Mangla received his foundational training at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, and further specialized at the esteemed All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He has also completed advanced training in the United Kingdom and the United States, focusing on minimally invasive GI and HPB oncology, liver transplantation, and colorectal surgery.
